Police in Chicago, Illinois are citing the 64-year-old motorist who fatally struck a 5-year-old bicyclist with failure to provide a pedestrian with due care in a roadway and failure to stop when leaving an alley. The young girl, Ester Kenig, was transported to an Evanston hospital where she was pronounced dead.
